In Huntersville, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across North Carolina, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Dr. Wurmlinger installed 2 veneers for me and damaged my gum tissue. He pushed my gums back and assured me they would return to normal. They did not, and I have gray rings around the top where the tooth is exposed. Now I need to have gum surgery to correct the damage. I wish that I could turn back time and make a better decision. It’s only a year later. My gums are very healthy and the damage is specifically related to this procedure. It breaks my heart. I went to him to look better, and look far, far worse than I could’ve imagined.

I highly recommend my friends at Cosmetic Dentistry of the Carolinas. I have been a patient here with Dr. Nash & Dr. Wurmlinger for over 25 years for both cosmetic work and general dentistry. Dr W. Is now my primary dentist. His confident manner along with his superior skill level more than meet expectations. The staff is welcoming and highly proficient everytime I visit. Thank you, CDC!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this practice. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The entire team made me feel comfortable and confident throughout every step of the process. The attention to detail was truly exceptional. Dr. Wurmlinger took the time to listen to my goals, explain all of my options, and create a personalized treatment plan that exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to both aesthetics and function was evident in every aspect of my care. The results are absolutely stunning. My smile looks natural, beautiful, and better than I ever imagined possible. The craftsmanship, precision, and artistry that went into my treatment are remarkable. I have received countless compliments and, most importantly, feel more confident than ever when I smile. Beyond the incredible clinical expertise, what sets this office apart is the genuine passion they have for their patients. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring an outstanding experience. If you are considering cosmetic dentistry, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
